Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your FiveBack subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@fiveback.co. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Because FiveBack generates AI responses immediately upon connecting your Google Business Profile, we do not offer automatic refunds. The service delivers value from the moment you connect your account and reviews are processed.

We will consider refund requests in these situations:

  • A technical issue prevented the service from functioning as described
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription
  • A duplicate or erroneous charge occurred

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@fiveback.co with your account email, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to resolve any billing concerns directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account termination.

Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. If local consumer protection law provides stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
